4. Shipping and delivery of products

6. Right of withdrawal

- photos of damaged products

- shipping slip signed with the clause 'I accept with reserve' and the reason for any refusal.

Important:

Any damage caused by transport may be evident after unpacking the package. DO NOT sign any documents without having checked the goods in front of the shipper. Refuse the goods if you notice that the goods have been damaged during transport and ALWAYS SPECIFY THE REASON FOR REFUSAL on the shipper's slip. Always sign and in any case add the clause I accept with reservation, specifying the reason [e.g. damaged cardboard] WE CANNOT REPLACE OR REFUND THE PRODUCTS IF THE ABOVE MENTIONS ARE NOT COMPLIED WITH

8. Refund times and methods
