1. The contract on Bellelli


1.1 To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on Bellelli, it is necessary to complete and send the electronic order form to Bellelli, electronically through the purchase procedure.


1.2 The contract is considered concluded when Bellelli receives your order form electronically.


1.3 The order form will be stored in our database.


1.4 Once the contract is concluded, Bellelli will take charge of your purchase order.


1.5 Bellelli may not process purchase orders that:

- do not have sufficient guarantees of solvency

- that are incomplete or contain incorrect data

- in case of unavailability of the products.


In these cases, we will inform you that the contract is not concluded and that your purchase order has not been followed up.

If the products presented on Bellelli are no longer available or on sale at the time of sending the order form, Bellelli will be responsible for informing you of any unavailability of the products ordered.

In case of forwarding the order form and paying the price, Bellelli will refund the amount already paid by you.

2. Product characteristics and prices


2.1 Some marketed models are reproductions of the original design classics from the early 1900s. 3. Payments


3.1 To pay the price of the products and the related shipping costs you can follow one of the 3 methods indicated in the order form:


Credit card: We accept the following credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD and prepaid cards from the Visa Electron circuit (such as Postepay, Kalibra, Vodafone Cash Card etc.). via Unicredit's PagOnline system.


In case of payment by credit card, the financial information will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol, to PagOnline which provides the relevant remote electronic payment services, without third parties being able to have access to it in any way. Furthermore, this information will never be used by Bellelli except to complete the procedures relating to your purchase and to issue the relevant refunds in the event of any product returns, following exercise of your right of withdrawal, or if makes it necessary to prevent or report to the police the commission of fraud on Bellelli


Bank Transfer: If you wish to confirm the purchase via bank transfer, you must make the payment, always indicating the reason for the bank transfer. The delivery procedure is activated within 24 hours of notification of payment to our current account. Your order will be shipped to the address indicated during the online purchase process. At the end of the purchase procedure you will be given the bank details to which to make the transfer.


Cash on delivery: It is possible to pay cash on delivery for orders not exceeding €800.00 i.e. with an increase of 3% on the order amount.


4. Shipping and delivery of products


Bellelli does not deliver the goods. The ordered products are delivered directly to your home via courier. By completing the online order form, the customer instructs the Bartolini transport company [or other courier] to carry out the delivery in his name and on his behalf.

The transport cost is for transport carried out on the ground floor and excludes transport to the house, disposal of packaging and any assembly.

6. Right of withdrawal


6.1 In accordance with Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185 - of transposition of Directive 97/7/EC relating to consumer protection, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Bellelli, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) working days from the day of receipt of products purchased on Bellelli


6.2 In this case, you will have to return the products. and Bellelli must receive them within thirty (30) working days from when you received the products.


6.3 The only costs you will have to bear are the shipping costs for returning the purchased products

The Right of Withdrawal - in addition to compliance with the terms and methods described above - is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully respected:

7. Returns and exchanges of defective goods

Our goods always travel insured and if the goods arrive damaged we will be happy to assist you in the complaint procedure. Please notify us of the problem immediately and send:

- photos of damaged products

- shipping slip signed with the clause 'I accept with reserve' and the reason for any refusal.

8.2 Regardless of the payment method used by you, the refund is activated by Bellelli within thirty (30) days from the date on which Bellelli became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal after verifying the correct execution of the your right of withdrawal and acceptance of returned products.


8.3 If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who paid the sums due for their purchase, the reimbursement of the sums, in the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be carried out by Bellelli ufficio. it, in any case, towards the person who made the payment.


8.4 Bellelli indicates Bartolini as the courier for returning the products.


9. Applicable law and dispute resolution
