It was 2016 when Cesare Bellelli thought of the project of a high monobloc seat destined to become a stool with an iconic and decidedly out of the ordinary design.
With a handcrafted work an initial prototype was created by harmoniously modeling the seat in the shape of a shell and then skilfully integrating it with the 4 legs with a particular horseshoe section.
An enveloping and comfortable modern stool materialized, with organic and at the same time essential shapes.
The Mahi Mahi stool has a very solid and stable structure;
the integral connection of the legs at the height of the footrest guarantees exceptional consistency and stability in both available heights.
In the seat of the Mahi Mahi stool we have applied an anti-scratch soft touch texture, the surface is pleasantly soft to the touch and at the same time resistant to abrasion and impact. The other parts are characterized by an extra-glossy mirror finish that creates a fascinating and highly trendy combination.
As in all Bellelli Design productions, for this purpose the necessary tests have been carried out, at CATAS, for the verification and compliance with the UNI regulations in force in terms of safety at European level.
The use of top quality polypropylene, combined with the best injection transformation technology in the world (made in Italy), make Mahi Mahi a stool with guarantees of high quality standards and durability.
